Scope of services
GSquared provides services that may include custom web development, Shopify ecommerce, Shopify migrations, SEO support, and tailored software work. Information on this website describes possible services, but it does not guarantee availability, pricing, timelines, or final scope.
Each project is defined by a separate proposal, agreement, or written confirmation between GSquared and the client.
Project inquiries
When you contact GSquared, you agree to provide accurate information about your project needs. We may use that information to respond, assess fit, prepare recommendations, and discuss next steps.
Submitting an inquiry does not require GSquared to accept a project and does not create a service agreement by itself.
Client responsibilities
- Provide clear project information, access, content, approvals, and feedback when needed.
- Confirm that any materials supplied to GSquared can be used for the project.
- Review deliverables, raise concerns in a timely manner, and follow agreed payment and approval terms.
Third-party platforms
Some work may involve third-party platforms, hosting providers, Shopify, analytics tools, plugins, payment processors, or other services. Those services may have their own terms, fees, limits, and availability.
GSquared is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or decisions made by third-party providers.
Changes to service terms
GSquared may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
